From North Branch to Building the Future of Training
RepLab Team was founded in North Branch, Michigan by two 22-year-old best friends who grew up on the same field.
Andrew Mersino and Brandon Martin played high school football together at North Branch High School and were part of the greatest team in Broncos history.
In 2021, they went 10-1, won the first district championship in school history, and made the deepest playoff run any North Branch team has ever made.
After high school, their paths split but their mission stayed the same.
Brandon earned a scholarship as a running back and kick returner to Northwood University (NCAA Division II). As a senior at North Branch, he rushed for 1,450+ yards and 20 touchdowns, broke school records for rushing yards and touchdowns in a season, was named First Team All-State Running Back and All-Region, and led the Broncos to their first district title. At Northwood, he was named G-MAC Special Teams Player of the Week after a 90-yard kickoff return touchdown vs Kentucky Wesleyan.
He holds a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Sports Management from Northwood University.
Andrew went into the trades as a certified welder, but never stopped training. For the last 5 years, he's stayed in the gym — lifting, sprinting, and testing — obsessed with one question: why is the tech that pro teams use still locked away from high school weight rooms?
They built RepLab Team to answer it.
